Terms of use

These terms describe the features currently provided by Pickkok (pickkok.site) and the conditions for using them.

1. Using the service

Pickkok provides free tournament play, where you compare candidates and choose a winner, and tools to create your own tournaments. Playing does not require sign-in. Creating and saving tournaments requires Google sign-in.

2. Accounts and personal data

Choosing Google sign-in creates a Pickkok account based on that account. You must not use someone else's account without permission. Information on personal data handling and account deletion is available in our Privacy policy.

You can delete your account on My Page. Your tournaments and images retain their existing publication and review status after deletion, with the author account link removed. Total play counts, rankings and completed results not linked to an account are also retained. Account information, saves and personal completed plays are deleted. Signing up again does not automatically restore ownership of previous creations or personal records.

3. Content and storage

You must use images and content that you created or have permission to use. Do not infringe others' copyright, portrait rights or privacy. Ownership of user-created content is not transferred to Pickkok.

Submitted tournaments and images are reviewed privately and published immediately upon approval. Authors may edit or delete pending or rejected submissions and resubmit after rejection. After first approval, authors cannot edit or delete content, even when unpublished. Administrators may approve, reject with a reason, unpublish and republish content. Unpublishing preserves existing saves, personal completed plays and aggregates. Completed results count toward overall rankings; plays started while signed in also save the completed play to that account. Incomplete plays end and cannot be recovered after navigation, a refresh or closing the tab. Clearing browser site data does not delete tournaments or account records stored on the server.

Image sources for the provided tournaments are listed in the Content guide.

4. User responsibilities

Do not gain unauthorized access to the service, collect other users' information, distribute malware or interfere with the service. Please notify the administrator if you find errors or content that may infringe someone's rights.

5. Service changes and inquiries

Maintenance or external authentication outages may temporarily limit some features. Significant changes to features or terms of use will be announced on the site.
